At FIGHT 34, we teach the krav maga system of realistic self defense. We will help you learn to recognize and avoid unsafe situations, to defuse confrontations, and to defend yourself against common attacks.
Techniques will include defenses against strikes, chokes, gun or knife attacks, wrist grabs and hair pulls, as well as attacks on the ground. You will build stamina, fitness, and confidence while learning an enduring life skill in a safe, supportive environment.
