About Us

FIGHT 34 was founded when Integrity Martial Arts closed its doors in the summer of 2014.  Three former instructors/students came together to keep the practice of reality-based self defense, initially based on krav maga, alive.

Our mission is to give you the most realistic instruction possible.  In our classes, students of varying ages, sizes, strengths, fitness, and experience levels practice together to prepare you for real life scenarios.  We work hard to find techniques and solutions that work for you.

We encourage our students to be engaged and ask questions during class.  Our instructors don’t have all the answers, but we love to find them for you!  We, as instructors and practitioners, are constantly learning and developing as well.

At FIGHT 34, safety and a positive class environment are very important to us.  No need to feel scared or intimidated!  We are very proud of our friendly atmosphere, and you’ll feel right at home with us.
